Joanie is very knowledgeable about the type of sale we had to do. Shortsales are very difficult and she was able to help us through some very rough times with the lender. She knew when to contact the lender and knew the right questions to ask. She is just great!!! She was wonderful to work with!! We would definately use her again if the opportunity would arise. We are so happy with Joanie and how much she helped us with the house buying process.
